MANGO CHICKEN WINGS ( MICROWAVE FOOD )

Today we are going to give you recipe of  MANGO CHICKEN.


INGREDIENTS


500 gm chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 mango

2 garlic cloves
1/2teaspoon garlic powder


2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup flour
2 tea spoon apple cider vinegar 


Now we are all set to make mango chicken wings:-

1) Take a bowl and mix flour, chili powder, garlic powder, pepper & salt.
2) Take chicken wings and mix with it and place it in baking sheet one by one.
3) Pre heat microwave then bake those chickens for 40 minutes at 220 degree C
4) Now take a bowl and mix mango,garlic,apple cider vinegar, and lime juice.
5) Take a blender and blend the mixture properly.
6) Take a skillet and mix honey with the above mixture at medium heat.saute for 5 minutes and turn off heating.
7) Now place those wings into the above mixture and mix well.
8) Place wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 220 degree C for 15 minutes then serve it.

DRAGON CHICKEN RECIPE

Hi friends today i am going to show you how to make DRAGON CHICKEN at home.
This is very simple dish but very very tasty.Few Indian know about this dish.Lets get statrted

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION
Chicken - 500 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
 
Flour - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1 

Corn starch - 35 gramsRed chili paste - 1 tablespoon


INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

Oil - 30 milliliters
Onions - 70 grams  
Cashews - 50 grams
Dry red chili - 3

Capsicum - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup - 100 milliliters
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - for garnishing
 


Now start proceedings step by step:-

1. Take a bowl and add all the marination ingredients and mix properly.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Now take a nonstick skillet and fry chicken until it becomes brown.Now keep this fried chicken aside and lets cook sauce....
4. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 50 grams cashews, 3 dry red chili and fry for 2 minutes.
5.Add 70 grams onions, 80 grams capsicum and saute for some seconds.
6. Give 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.
7.Now add 1 tablespoon red chili paste and start sauteing for a minute.
8. Now add 100 milliliters tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,2 teaspoons sugar,1/2 teaspoon salt and mix these.
9. Now add some water and saute for 1 minute.
10. Add those fried chicken you made earlier into it and saute till sauce becomes little bit dryer.
11.  Garnish coriander and eat.
